Operations reporting dashboard and interactive dealership simulation built for BYD OWAY — the first official BYD car distributor in Đà Nẵng. Includes a sales analytics dashboard aggregating KPIs to automate the weekly reporting cycle, and an interactive dealership simulation for staff training on the car sales process. Both delivered as standalone SPAs via a secure client portal.

The Challenge
BYD OWAY's weekly reporting cycle was manual and time-consuming, with no centralized view of sales KPIs — and incoming staff needed a structured, repeatable way to learn the dealership sales process.
What We Built
Delivered two interactive SPAs: (1) a sales analytics dashboard aggregating business data and surfacing KPIs to shorten the weekly reporting cycle, and (2) an interactive walkthrough simulation for the dealership sales process. Both served through a secure client-only demo portal on studio.thieun.com.
