The Challenge

What We Built
Rebuilt the entire website end-to-end using Astro + Google Cloud Storage: restructured IA with cleaner content tagging, migrated all content and media with redirects to prevent 404s, standardized metadata and JSON-LD for Google rich results, added 4-language support, and built a branded blog content workflow. After 1 month: local-search ranking improved from #10+ to #2–3, site loads fast, and operating costs dropped by 80%.
